A commercial retractable glass roof opens and closes and can be motorized or individually cranked. The custom roof closes in moments when the weather turns poor. Patrons can still experience the outdoors on the patio year-round with perfect views of the sky!

Aluminum profiles used in the system are 6063 – T6 F25 (7580 Briner Hardness).
All profiles come to the construction site with electrostatic oven painted and packaged.
All accessories come packaged as galvanized and electrostatic oven paints.
Moving roof cover is glass.
The panels operate axially and can be rolled back on demand. (This feature is important in that it can perform ventilation and shading at the same time.)
Panels can be opened axially at a minimum angle of 85 degrees. (It is important to cut off the sunlight from the facade.)
The groove detail should be aluminum and should be on the outer surface of the system to prevent water return when the water drains are blocked.
The opening-closing movement of the ceiling cover should be provided by remote control.
It must be integrated with the automation system to prevent misuse. (Mechanical limit switches cause problems in this regard)
The system to be used should be designed and manufactured in accordance with all seasonal conditions.
The timing belt should provide power transmission between the engine and the moving mechanism and should be adjustable.
Vertical carrier profiles should be aluminum. In order to keep the application to the floor hidden and to protect the floor insulation, it should consist of two parts, the main carrier and the cover.
Flange application screws must be M8 * 80 Buldeks or M880 Lined steel dowel and galvanized coating. (In order not to damage the floor insulation.)
The rovings to be used in the system must be EPDM.
The silicones to be used must be neutral silicones.
Montage crews must be the company’s own, salaried, insured team.
The system to be used must have a 5-year motor and 2-year mechanical warranty.
Each system module consists of vertical and horizontal carrier profiles. Vertical main carriers should be 1001503 and horizontal main carriers should be 100150 * 3 mm.
System modules must have static properties to meet 50kg + 25kg/m² distributed load and 50kg/m² wind load.
Special panels used in system modules are designed to perform ventilation in rainy weather and must have rain mode in control.
Axial movement and gathering back of aluminum panels in the system should be done with separate motors.
